Erin is a Licensed Professional Counselor, senior therapist, and a supervisor at Art It Out Therapy Center. She specializes in working with children, teens, and families with anxiety, depression, social skill difficulties, grief, relationship difficulties, and difficulty regulating emotion. Before joining Art It Out, Erin worked at the Ridgeview Institute as: DBT Group Facilitator, Case Manager, and Assistant Director of the Adolescent Program for both the inpatient and partial programs. She has extensive experience working with clients with anxiety and uses expressive art interventions in her therapy sessions.
Educational Objectives:

Learn how anxiety may manifest in clients and how to recognize when anxiety has become disordered.

Learn how to implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in therapy sessions with anxious clients.

Learn specific expressive art interventions focused on CBT.
