Caroline is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC). She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Georgia State University and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. She is passionate about empowering others through a holistic approach by utilizing Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Expressive Therapy. With a strong focus on the therapeutic alliance, Caroline values authenticity and strives to create a safe, empowering, and collaborative environment for her clients.
Through a strengths-based approach, Caroline works with individuals of all ages to support them in reaching their unique mental health goals. She has experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, and life transitions, in addition to helping to strengthen social skills and improve self-esteem. She believes all people are capable of profound growth and often just need a supportive and safe environment to achieve their mental health goals.
She is under the supervision of Chelsea Harris, LPC, ATR-BC, CPCS.
