Chrissy McClain Miller

Chrissy is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Chrissy’s desire is to help others live up to their full potential. She believes that freedom can be found through healing beginning within ourselves. Chrissy considers relationships to be key to a healthy life and encourages her clients to explore their personal family history, relationship patterns, and their own “life story”. Through identifying and focusing on the root issues in her client’s life, she hopes to bring him or her closer to a fulfilled life with healthier relationships. Chrissy completed her undergraduate degree at Lagrange College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She continued her education at Richmont Graduate University, where she earned her Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling. Chrissy has experience working with individual and group therapy and has loved engaging with the adolescent population, young adults, couples, and families. She has gained experience working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, body image issues, low self-esteem, self-harm, life crisis, addiction, and various mental disorders. Chrissy loves building relationships with her clients, strongly believes in a holistic approach to counseling and is passionate about helping her clients reach their goals in all aspects of their lives.
