Faith is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services/Management from the University of Phoenix.
Throughout her nine years of experience, Faith has worked extensively with assessing and providing mental and behavioral health services for children, teens and adults in various capacities including individual and group settings. She has a passion for assisting her clients in gaining insight into the relationship between their thoughts, emotions and behaviors in efforts to aid in enacting change as it relates to their thinking patterns and maladaptive behaviors. Faith takes on a person centered approach and finds fulfillment in utilizing CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to encourage increasing self-confidence, emotional regulation and building resilience while navigating through life’s uncertainties. She has an eclectic background of working with individuals with various diagnoses including Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Social Anxiety, and Autism.
Faith aspires to provide a welcoming and judgment free environment that utilizes art therapy to facilitate a better understanding of feelings and behavior while experiencing the journey of life.
