Silvana is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Board Certified Counselor (NCC) with a passion for helping individuals achieve their personal goals. She holds a Master of Education in Professional Counseling from the University of West Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Silvana is a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator and a certified ALERT program provider.

As a bilingual native Spanish speaker from Argentina, she understands the profound impact language can have on communication. Silvana believes that language has the power to transport individuals to different emotional landscapes, allowing clients to express their feelings and recall painful memories more effectively.

She empowers her clients to embrace their authentic selves while guiding them to align their behaviors with their core values. She is dedicated to teaching clients how to establish healthy boundaries, resolve conflicts, and cultivate inner peace as they navigate relational challenges.

Her expertise encompasses a wide range of stressors and diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, trauma, behavioral challenges, and socio-emotional skills.

Her theoretical approach is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Integrating art with traditional therapeutic methods, Silvana recognizes that creative expression can often convey feelings that words cannot. She believes that ongoing training and professional development are essential for providing her clients with evidence-based therapeutic support, ensuring they receive the highest quality care.
