"Think Positive" Art Challenge #12

Art Challenge #12: Bubble Painting:

  • In a small cup, add 3 Tablespoons of Bubble Solution to 2 Tablespoons of Paint.

  • Stir these together. 

  • Place a piece of paper on the ground (you may want to do this activity outside).

  • Dip a bubble wand into the bubble solution. 

  • Take a slow, deep breath.

  • Then, exhale as you blow the bubbles onto the paper. When you are blowing out, focus on a positive thought, such as: "This is going to be a great day"; "I am strong"; or "I got this."

  • Repeat this activity, layering lots of different bubble colors on top of one another.
