The techniques and therapeutic modalities that our therapists use are grounded in evidence-based practice and are tailored to the individual needs of each client. We use art as a vehicle for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and tailor our treatment approach to the needs of our clients. We often use sand tray, art therapy, creative expressive therapy, and mindfulness. It is our goal to enrich your life with coping skills, helpful ways to express yourself, strategies to manage anxiety and stress, strategies to improve your mood, social skills, and strategies to improve relationships.
We frequently use art in therapy sessions to aid in self-expression, provide a method of communication, and to create tangible reminders of essential coping skills.
