Therapy Services & Support

One-on-one session to support your identified goals to: 

  • Explore Parenting Style
  • Process and Improve Family Dynamics
  • Enhance Parent Empowerment
  • Cope with Divorce, Life Changes, or Loss

  • Receive Coaching and Guidance

Groups meet virtually or in person for 50 minutes on topics such as:

  • Learn Behavior Management Strategies
  • Establish Relationship Connection and Repair
  • Define Boundaries and Routine
  • Improve Sibling Dynamics
  • Brainstorm Parenting Tips and Strategies
  • Receive Validation from Parents with Shared Experiences
  • Manage Parental Anxiety

Small group meets for a few hours on the following topics:

  • Develop Positive Family Interactions
  • Learn Proactive Strategies
  • Support Children with Anxiety, ADHD, or Autism
  • Respond to your Child’s Big Emotions
  • Prioritize Self-Care
  • Grow your Parenting Toolbox
  • Learn Behavior Management Strategies

Group Therapy

Our groups serve parents who need guidance on relationship connection and repair, boundaries, routines, behavior management strategies, and sibling dynamics. 

We truly value group placement, and thus require an intake for new clients to get started in a group.
