Mary-Beth Archer
LMSW

Mary-Beth is a licensed master social worker (LMSW) who is passionate about providing support to children and families to help them thrive. She firmly believes that therapy is a space for growing and developing resilience, and that therapy can be fun! She believes in the power of each individual child, and her goal is to help them flourish in their daily life by building skills to face their current challenges. She has additional training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and sand tray expressive arts.

Mary-Beth earned her bachelor’s and master’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin, where she worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator and Senior Research Associate on international clinical trials. She has experience as an international children’s social worker, helping children in Europe. She also has experience working with children and families who are navigating the path of healing from complex trauma.

She has a wealth of experience working with children and teens and truly enjoys helping those with: ADHD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, social and emotional struggles; and those who just need additional skills.  She has four children of her own and is deeply familiar with the joys and challenges of motherhood and parenting. She would be delighted to walk alongside you and your child as you navigate through new stages of development in your life as a family.
