Sarah also enjoys working with clients on reducing anxiety, improving self-esteem, and addressing identity formation and sense of self.
Sarah has experience working within Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), intersectional, and person-centered frameworks. Sarah integrates art therapy and traditional therapeutic models to help clients process thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to verbalize.
