SUPPORTIVE PARENTING FOR ANXIOUS CHILDHOOD EMOTIONS
This 6-week group teaches parents skills and tools to help their child overcome anxiety. Parents learn to respond more supportively to their anxious child and to rescue the accommodations they have been making for their child's symptoms. For parents of children with: Separation Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety, Selective Mutism, and Fears.

This group is specific for parents of children between the ages of 3-7 years old.

Mid-February start date based on enrollment.
Groups are offered virtually or in-person in 6 hour-long weekly sessions.
$60/person per session (total of $360 for the group)
*parents may not be substituted or swapped throughout the 6 weeks
